We believe the Church is God’s plan for discipleship and transformation in every city. Win the Cities doesn’t replace the Church — we come alongside it. Our role is to equip and mobilize believers for evangelism, prayer, and outreach, and then connect every new believer we encounter into a local church family where they can grow and thrive.
When a church partners with us, they’re saying “yes” to revival in their city — not just within their walls, but in the streets, neighborhoods, and communities that surround them.
What We Do for Our Partner Churches
Partnership is a two-way relationship. When your church links arms with Win the Cities, we commit to equipping and empowering your people to live on mission in their daily lives.
Training in Evangelism — We provide practical, hands-on teaching that gives your congregation confidence in sharing their faith, praying for others, and stepping into Spirit-led conversations.
Mobilizing Your Congregation — Through prayer walks, outreach nights, and worship events, we create opportunities for your small groups, youth groups, and entire church body to serve together outside the four walls.
Strengthening Your Church — As new believers are reached on the streets, they’re connected back into local congregations for discipleship and community. This means your church not only grows in number but is strengthened in its culture of evangelism and mission.
Ongoing Support — We don’t just host one-time events. We walk with your leaders, offer evangelism tools and strategies, and help your church create a sustainable rhythm of outreach in your city.
In short: we train your people, mobilize your congregation, and help your church grow stronger in mission and discipleship.
What’s Required of Partner Churches
Discipleship Liaison — A designated point person to walk with new believers we connect to your congregation.
Open Arms — A commitment to welcome and disciple those who are reached on the streets.
Participation — Mobilize members for prayer walks, evangelism, worship events, or serving in other capacities. This can look like sending individuals or even small groups to serve together on outreach nights.
Unity & Alignment — A willingness to walk in unity with other churches and ministries. We ask that partner churches align with our core beliefs and values (see What We Believe) so we can serve together in one Spirit and one truth.

“Commissioned Women’s Discipleship exists to put into practice our studies related to walking personally & collectively as a Biblical disciple. For our group, this means ministering in our community with Win the Cities evangelizing Knoxville with the Gospel of Jesus, spending time in local nursing homes to love on our often forgotten elderly population, & serving our homeless brothers & sisters with the Knoxville Dream Center. Serving with Win the Cities means that those who are outside the walls of Park West church who don’t know Jesus, hear the Word; those who need prayer & encouragement know Jesus sees them through us. As a ministry leader, I am honored to partner with Win the Cities to take the Gospel to our streets, our cities, our nation, & beyond! Our women’s ministry has seen people healed, delivered, set free, saved & baptized as we served alongside Win the Cities! God is being glorified & magnified & we are so excited to see the Kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven!”
